If you are on a busy schedule and just want to get away for a day, Trout Rock Lodge is the perfect destination. It is located only in 12 minutes by floatplane from Yellowknife and you can fly out at 8 o'clock in the morning, relax and fish all day and still be back in Yellowknife for dinner at 6:00 PM.

Cost: US $495.00 per person + GST (minimum 2 people)

• Float plane charter from Yellowknife to the "Rock" and back
• 8 hours of guided fishing
• Canadian shore lunch
• Rod & reel and life jackets

Winter

Join us on a truly Northern adventure tour!

We travel by van and snowmobile to Trout Rock Lodge. After warming up with a cup of hot tea or coffee, we take our snowmobiles out on the lake to try our luck in ice fishing. We will use power augers to drill holes in the ice, which is sometimes 5'-6' feet (150 centimetre) thick, and then try to lure a hard fighting Northern Pike or the strange looking Ling cod to take our bait. We will also serve you a hot home cooked meal in a heated Trapper's tent. After fishing we travel back to the lodge for some target shooting with a 22 Winchester rifle and have another cup of tea before heading back to Yellowknife.

Cost: US $345.00 + GST per person (minimum 2 people)
